PROTEIN MUFFINS 🧁
Perhaps the simplest muffin recipe out there. These were delicious. Recipe below👇🏽
If you don’t want the inside to be a bit more dense & gooey, omit the peanut butter, or reduce it. Will also bring the calories down if that’s a concern.
- Peanut butter x 200g
- All purpose flour x 1 cup
- Chocolate chips x 1 cup
- Baking powder x 2 tsp
- Medium ripe bananas x 4
- Bodi Blends Vanilla WPI x 4 scoops
Per muffin:
- Calories = 319
- Total protein = 14.6g
- Total carbohydrates = 33.3g
- Total fat = 13.8g
