3 Habits That Saved My Mental Health ✨

There was a time when I constantly lived in survival mode for years — doing, achieving, giving… while quietly holding tension I couldn’t name.

What is Energy Hygiene — and why every practitioner needs it 💧

You wouldn’t start your day without brushing your teeth — and the same goes for your energetic field.
Energy hygiene is the practice of maintaining the clarity, boundaries, and balance of your subtle body — so that when you work with others, you stay grounded, protected, and fully present.

When you hold space for people — through sound, touch, or words — you interact with their emotional and energetic imprints. Without regular cleansing, those frequencies can accumulate, leading to fatigue, emotional heaviness, or even creative blockages.

Energy hygiene isn’t about fear or “protection rituals.”
It’s about cultivating energetic sovereignty — the ability to feel everything without absorbing it.

Here are my favorite 5 ways to strengthen energy hygiene practice which Inuse daily:

•Ground daily. Anchor your awareness in the body before and after sessions. Feel your feet, breathe down the spine, and reconnect to the earth’s steady rhythm.
•Clear through breath and sound. Use intentional exhalation, toning, or gentle movement to release residual frequencies that don’t belong to you.
•Reclaim your field. At the end of each session, consciously call your energy back from every place or person you’ve supported that day.
•Seal with intention. Visualize your field as luminous and whole — not a wall, but a membrane that filters only love and truth.
•Rest in silence. True cleansing happens in stillness. Silence integrates what you’ve processed and restores coherence to your system.

Your energy is your instrument. The clearer it is, the more deeply your work can touch others — without depleting you.
