I often say that the most powerful healing modality is Mother Nature herself.

A question i ask myself and others frequently..

When was the last time you stopped and listened to the rhythms of Mother Nature?

As I stopped to listen recently, I was lucky enough to sync into the tune of the cicada, their sound flows up and down, reaching higher and lower melodies, as they sing their song in an orchestra of flow.
