Keeping A Healthy mind might just be the most powerfully important thing you can do within this lifetime.
Every thought and elemental shapes the reality you are experiencing, have experienced and will experience.
A person vibrates through their thoughts and feelings, and the way they vibrate will determine the type and quality of elementals they create. We spontaneously construct a thoughtform/ elemental when we want something and imagine it. To create that elemental, we use our own vitality, and our emotions provide the colour, until the activation of other visual and kinetic energies (mobility) charge it, increasing its density and volume.
Once an Elemental is created within the mind it can then be fed or starved. The more you feed it the stronger it becomes, and the more you starve it the weaker it becomes.
Starving it completely will eventually remove it from your mind. Keep Feeding it and it will become apart of you and restrict you into its energy field, looping within the mind, felt through anxiety, stress and worry.
A great practice to get your thoughts and elementals conducive and healthy is to shift any non conducive and unhealthy thoughts as they arise.
This will also help to shift any elements creations within the mind.
