When we are not giving our 100% to our self first we leave little room for sharing our love with others.

When we practice filling our own cup up with a loving lifestyle We also reflect a self love and care persona and energy that will reflect into the life’s of others, so that they can follow suit and do the same.

Self love and care is the new cool! 😎

Iv always been a Social person who draws in people of the same mind, heart and soul, the over and under looked, the misfits, the rebels, the people who choose to wear their own mask in a world full of broken facades. My kind of authentic liberation!

You see when you drop the mask and adapt to your own facade, you open space for the others to feel and find you..

Here at Soul Reconnect, one of the first things you do when welcomed into this every beautiful and expansive community is drop the mask.

For some it’s the first time they can remember since being a child that they didn’t have to pretend to be someone they are not for the emotional security of others.

Ahhhh like a breath of fresh air!

Choosing to fully immerse yourself within Mother Nature and her beauty might just be the most powerful way to reconnect back with your soul and your roots.

Remembering that we come from the earth, and we are apart of the living earth.

At times when I have felt lost and forgotten who I am and where I am going in life..
I Go out into nature to observe, listen and synchronise back with my soul.

And through all of the healing modalities that I practise, the practice of immersing into nature has shown to be the most powerful way to reconnect back with my self, my soul, my direction and my purpose.

My nervous system resets,
my cortisol balances,
my tension disappears,
my sinuses clear up,
My insight and sight becomes clearer,
My thoughts become conducive,
my breath becomes stronger and
my body releases energy and toxins through walking, movement and surrendering to the present moment.
