Reflective practice helps to develop self awareness and self understanding.

Our own Self-Reflection is an incredibly important skill especially if we want to cultivate emotional intelligence and well-being in our children.

However, there is a huge difference in self-reflection and self analysing. When we reflect we’re reflecting with curiosity, compassion and openness. It’s not a time to judge our bodies, our thoughts or feelings. It’s a time just to notice…. And this takes a heap of practice, so go easy on yourself. I hope you learn something new.
