Drawing on her years as an experienced dharma teacher, Perla uses carefully structured drills to help you build real strength, stability, and awareness. This is the kind of work that supports every other class you step into, from vinyasa and hatha to inferno hot pilates.
The drills invite you to stay with the moment you’d usually want to move on. That familiar point where you feel the urge to exit, soften, or distract yourself. This is where the practice deepens. Not by forcing, but by breathing, observing, and choosing to remain present for one more moment.
