Graham Dunster is the dedicated Funeral Director behind Motorcycle Funeral Transport Services – Final Journey Ride. With decades in the funeral industry, complemented by 40 years of customer service experience, Graham found a true calling in serving the motorcycle community with this unique profession.
Graham views his role as "both an honour and a privilege," focusing on supporting families during their most difficult moments. He brings a lifetime of commitment to people, ensuring every service is handled with heartfelt care, compassion, and professionalism.
Final Journey Ride, operated by a dedicated husband and wife team, offers a gentle and personal approach, working closely with funeral directors to create meaningful, personalised farewells that honour the individual's legacy.
Giving Back: Outside of his professional life, Graham is a proud ambassador for , promoting motorcycle safety. He has also served his community as a Commissioner for Declarations since 1982. Graham cherishes time with his family, including three grandchildren, and is an avid supporter of Queensland in the State of Origin and the Brisbane Broncos.

McCartney Family Funerals is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and physically fit individual to join our after-hours transfer team. This casual role involves supporting families by bringing their loved ones into our care with dignity and professionalism.

Hours:
From 4pm Friday through to 8am Monday (on-call availability across the weekend).

About the Role:

Undertake deceased transfers with care, respect, and attention to detail.

Work as part of a supportive, professional team.

Represent McCartney Family Funerals during sensitive moments.

Respond to after-hours callouts across the weekend.

Requirements:

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A calm, mature, and compassionate approach.

Current driver’s licence preferred.

Training provided for the right person.
