It is with great sadness that I am writing this.

My partner and I are separating and for the next little while my priority is seeing my children through this next chapter.

I will be stepping back from the business until we discover what this next chapter looks like and then I will rise again.

Thank you to all my beautiful clients and friends for your support. My pages and website will remain for now as I am hopeful this is a temporary pause.

I'm Bec Jenkins, The Empowering Life Coach.

My reason for doing what I do is- I WAS the mum who felt like her home was not her sanctuary. I worked full time in the hussle, I missed EVERY event in my first daughters' life because I was always at work and it broke me.

When we finally had our second child I decided something had to change, me.

I had devoted my life to learning, studying and improving myself and always had people asking for guidance, support, tips so why not use it for a greater purpose?

Becoming a life coach was part of the puzzle. Adding reiki healing was another piece but what really clicked for me was when I learnt about becoming a mindfulness coach and combined all 3 modalities together. That really made the magic happen.

I’m Bec Jenkins, The Empowering Life Coach. I specialise in guiding women who are overwhelmed and stressed to break free from chaos and cultivate calm and clarity in their lives.
