Lately I’ve been weaving a little more of my faith in my stories, nothing loud, nothing pushy or judgemental, just the things I’m personally loving, reading, and finding uplifting in my own life, and to be perfectly honest, I paused each time before sharing,
but I kept coming back to this feeling that if something is helping me feel calmer, more grounded, more hopeful & it has the potential to help even one woman feel or do better, then it’s worth putting out there.
What I didn’t expect was this: I’ve never had so many unfollows, around 80 this past month, 🤯 & it really made me think, because I realised I had two choices moving forward, I could go back to sharing the same safe, polished, algorithm-friendly content that thousands of others are sharing, blend in, keep the likes, keep everyone comfortable,
OR I could stay true to who I am, and who I’m becoming as I grow, evolve, and learn, be vulnerable, raw, and honest, and trust that it might help one woman, or many, on their own journey. 💕🙌🏻
I chose option two, of course.💯

I’m not on Instagram to blend in, conform, or recycle the same predictable content, I’m here to shine my light 🕯 in a world that desperately needs to light up the darkness ✨️
If you’re anything like me - bored of scrolling mind-numbing content that leaves you feeling empty instead of lifted & you’re craving truth, depth, and a more natural way of living, comment “Truth” + I’ll add you to my For Her Weekly News, where hundreds of women are waking up and taking their health, and their family’s health, into their own hands, naturally.

This space won’t be for everyone, but if it’s for you, you’re so welcome here 💌👇

I heard this quote recently and it’s been sitting with me ever since:
“Patience is the space where grace has time to work.”
and wow… if there’s ever a time of year where patience feels hard, it’s now.

The rush, the deadlines, the to-do lists, the constant feeling of needing to get everything done — often putting our own needs (and everyone else’s) second.
I’ll be honest, patience is something I’ve always struggled with.

With my kids.
With growing my business.
With certain relationships.

I tend to want answers, progress, and certainty now — forgetting that God rarely works on our timelines
This quote was such a gentle reminder for me to slow down and come back to the present moment — the only place grace actually meets us.❤️

When I soften instead of pushing…
When I pause instead of forcing…
I make room for compassion, kindness, love, and trust to grow.

Sometimes faith looks less like doing more, and more like surrendering — trusting that when we create space, God is already at work in ways we can’t always see.

If this season has you feeling rushed, stretched, or impatient, I hope this lands where you need it 🤍

If you’d like to be part of my For Her Weekly News — a space where I share faith-led reflections, natural women’s health truths, and honest conversations I don’t share anywhere else — comment ‘LIST’ and I’ll add you.

Dancing has always been my favourite way to move my body. ❤️

But not just for calories or fitness, because it brings me back into my body and out of my head.

When life feels heavy, when stress or anxiety creeps in, I dance.

No pressure. No perfection. Just music, movement, and being fully present. 💯

That feeling is hard to explain — but when you find your thing, you just know.

My love for dance was reignited at 🩷 — a space that reminded me movement can be creative, freeing, and pure JOY again.

I’m sharing this because so many of us think exercise has to be punishing, especially as we get older.

But movement is meant to give back to you, not drain you.

With a fresh year just around the corner, this is your gentle nudge to find the kind of movement you actually love — and commit to it.🙌🏻

Because on the other side of showing up, something really beautiful lives.🫶

If you’re a woman who’s waking up and ready to take your health and happiness into your own hands,

Let’s just say it: the digital ID rollout is a choice I won’t be making.

And while I love this community with my whole heart, I’m also a big believer in protecting our freedoms, especially the freedom to access information without handing over our privacy.🚫

The truth is that every “small step” toward mandatory ID for basic online access feels a little too close to the social credit systems we’ve seen play out overseas and that’s not a direction I’m willing to quietly nod along to.

So just in case there comes a day where I’m no longer able to log in here (because I won’t be submitting digital ID to use social media):

✨ You can ALWAYS find me here:
1. My Website (no digital ID required): www.taralori.com.au

2. 💌 My For Her Weekly News — my free, truth-led women’s health email where I share everything I can’t post anywhere else.

You can sign up directly from my website.

If these platforms ever disappear for me, I’m not gone — I’ve just moved somewhere we’re still allowed to be free humans on the internet 😉🌿

Thanks for sticking with me, supporting natural health, truth, and sovereignty.

We’re only just getting started ⚡️

If you’ve ever looked at one of my photos and thought, “She looks so happy,” I want to share something raw with you today…

Over the past few years — especially after my mum got sick — I’ve gone through (many) seasons of crippling anxiety.

And even though I kept smiling, kept showing up, kept being the “strong one”… inside I often felt like I was barely holding it together.💔

But I know I’m not the only one.

So many of us are walking around looking “fine” when we’re actually overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or just trying to catch our breath - and social media makes it worse — we see everyone’s highlights and forget that behind every photo is a whole human with struggles, grief, doubts, fears, and messy moments.

This past year though, something shifted for me.

I started leaning into my faith more deeply — getting to know Jesus — and it surprised me how much peace and comfort it brought into the moments I normally feel out of control ❤️

Not a perfect life.

Not a magically anxiety-free brain.

But a peace I can actually feel.

So if you’re going through something, or you’re smiling on the outside while quietly crumbling on the inside… I see you.💙

If you want to go deeper into the foundations that have helped me rebuild my health — emotionally, spiritually & physically — comment “List” and I'll add you to my For Her Weekly News ❤️ for the women who are waking up — the ones who want the real truth about women’s health and healing… not the generic wellness fluff we’ve been fed for years 🚫

Some (ok, many!) days I feel like I’m chasing my tail trying to catch up on a never-ending list of things I need to do as a business owner, an employee, a mumma, a wife — and all the other hats we women wear without even thinking.

It can be overwhelming. (Okay let’s be real… it is overwhelming 😂)

But lately God’s been reminding me:
You don’t have to rush your way through the life you prayed for.

Here’s the funny part: the project I’ve been pouring my heart into is actually the exact message I need right now — to slow down, to breathe, to honour my body, and to appreciate the season I’m in instead of trying to sprint through it.

It’s almost ready, and I know it’s going to support so many women who feel just like us — stretched, tired, faithful, and wanting to take better care of themselves inside and out. 🌿✨

Messages like this truly fill my heart 🤍

Every week I write For Her Weekly News with one intention — to share the real, natural, honest women’s health truths that helped me heal… the stuff most women never get told.

No trends. No BS. Just what actually works for your body, your gut, your hormones and your energy.

It’s raw, it’s real, it’s from lived experience — and it’s content I never share anywhere else.

The best part, is that it's completely free.

If you want to be part of this beautiful community of women choosing natural healing and truth over noise,
comment ‘For Her’ and I’ll add you to For Her Weekly News. 💌👇

You deserve to feel supported and deeply connected to your health again — and I’m honoured to walk that path with you 🤍🌿

I was filming content today, and when I watched it back, my very first thought was,
‘Ugh, is my kitchen modern enough? Is the background pretty enough? What will people think?’

And right there — in the middle of overthinking — God stepped in with the quietest, clearest reminder:
‘You are enough.’

It stopped me in my tracks, and just like that, the worry disappeared. I didn’t re-film. I didn’t pick myself apart. I just edited it and pressed on.

I’ve talked myself out of so many things in the past because I thought everything needed to look perfect… but life is far too short for that.

I’m learning to commit to what I can control and give God the rest.

Simple… but wow, it’s freeing.

Sharing this in case you needed the reminder today too — go take action on that thing you’ve been holding back on. God can use your imperfect, beautiful, real life exactly as it is. ✨💕

Comment 'LIST' below and I’ll add you to For Her Weekly News — the email where I share the honest behind-the-scenes, the real health wisdom, and the faith-filled encouragement I don’t post anywhere else. 💛You’ll love being part of this community 💌👇

If I was starting my wellness journey all over again,
I wouldn’t count calories,I wouldn’t chase every new supplement and I definitely wouldn’t spend hundreds on “biohacks” before mastering the basics.

What actually changed my body (and my energy, hormones, and mood) was getting back to the foundations: real food, minerals, rest, light, and nervous system balance.

We’ve been taught to overcomplicate health — but your body was never designed to need 27 different pills and a 4-hour routine.

It just needs what’s natural, consistent, and aligned with how women are meant to live. 💞

So I put everything I wish I knew at the start of my journey into a beginner-friendly guide you can start today.

✨ The Back to Basics Women’s Guide ✨
— your roadmap to rebuilding your health naturally (& without restriction).
