🔅 Express Your Concern: Use “I” statements to show care, like "I’ve noticed you seem a bit overwhelmed lately."
🔅 Listen Actively: Let them share their feelings without interrupting.
🔅 Offer Support: Ask how you can help rather than offering solutions.
🔅 Encourage Professional Help: Suggest resources like counseling if they're open to it.
