✅ Shoulder Stability ➡️ Shoulder Strength 💪
🤔 When considering the health of your joints, Strength and Stability come hand in hand.
🎯 Our goal is to improve your strength through ranges of motion your shoulder isn’t used to, or hasn’t yet developed strength in.
🤝 When we do this, we significantly improve the functional capacity of your shoulder, allowing it to tolerate greater loads, in more awkward postures, which will greatly enhance your quality of life.
🙌 You will be able to get back to activities that pain or injury has stopped you from, this might include gardening, cleaning or playing with your kids again.
Strength and stability is also crucial in the sporting arena, as it enhances your performance, and protects your joints from injury.
When considering the shoulder joint, a great option I’ve found for both clients and myself is the rear deltoid cable fly.
This particular movement is very uncommon in this exact modality day to day, but it targets musculature of the shoulder that provide great support during many activities.
Because this movement is uncommon I find these muscles are quite underdeveloped, and by targeting this area in training you bolster the shoulder joint significantly.
