ACL rehab is rarely a straight line. It takes time, consistency, and a well-planned progression to build back the strength, confidence and on-field capacity required for return to play.

It’s been a privilege for our team to support Micah through this process. Led by Ben in his role as both Exercise Physiologist and brother, alongside a great collaborative effort with Leo, Elyse and Jason across each stage of rehab.

For a limited time, we’re offering sports physio sessions for just $60.

We’ve partnered again with The University of Queensland, hosting experienced physiotherapists completing their Masters of Sports Physiotherapy. This is the same qualification required to work with Olympic and elite athletes, and their clinical placements focus on sports-specific rehab and performance-based recovery.

What you get:
✅ 60-minute assessment and treatment
✅ Hands-on sports physio care
✅ Rehab focused on getting you back to training and performing
