I am feeling deeply grateful for the time in Bali, it was truly a transformational experience ✨

On one of our sunrise walks, I stumbled across the most beautiful Ylang Ylang tree, with its freshly fallen flowers scattered beneath it… the scent was absolutely divine.

Ylang Ylang is known as the oil of the inner child, and gently supports the nervous system, helping to restore hormonal balance, and calms the emotional body. A beautiful reminder to soften, to feel, and to come back to self.
