Hi I'm Michelle the Operations Manager at Your Day Support Services (YDSS).
At YDSS we are passionate in helping people get the most out of their day. We specialise in providing social and recreational support and capacity building.
We are passionate about helping people get the most out of their day. We understand that this looks different for each person, that is why our service is tailored and individualised.
What sets us apart from other support providers is very simple - we understand that each person has different goals, needs and wants. At Your Day Support Services, we value each person’s right to choice and control. It’s not about what we want, it’s about You.
Our support workers are carefully selected ensuring that they represent our values and maintain the reliable, high-caliber service that our participants can trust. We take the time to meet with you and find out exactly what you are looking for. This information is integral in matching you with the right support worker.
At Your Day Support Services, we have come so far from our humble beginnings. We are continuously expanding and evolving. Our services now include but are not limited to, individual support in the home, one on one activities, assistance with completing tasks and capacity building, a huge range of social club group activities as well as a brand new Activity Hub where people can come and socialise, play games, watch movies and much more.
We are extremely proud of what we do, treating our participants with care and respect. We take our motto “Your day your way” very seriously. Each day is different for each participant.

🥞 Pancake Day Fun! 🎲

We had such a fun day yesterday making pancakes together! Lots of laughs, yummy treats, and great company!

After pancakes, we enjoyed playing board games and just having a relaxed, happy time together.

So grateful for these moments and the smiles we shared. Looking forward to many more fun days like this! 💛

We had our first APC Coffee and Collaboration event yesterday, thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a success. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, network within the industry, share ideas, and spark new conversations. The energy in the room was brilliant, and it was great to see so many professionals coming together to collaborate and support one another. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

We celebrated our North Region Christmas Party at the Hijinx Hotel – Challenge Room, and what an incredible day it was! 🎄🎉
We had so much fun with the challenges, puzzles, laughter, and great company. The team enjoyed plenty of delicious food and drinks, and it was wonderful to see everyone relax, connect and celebrate all the hard work we've achieved together this year.❤️
