2025 has been another great year for Reside Communities. We have welcomed many new residents into our villages, with the Reside team also growing at a rapid rate!

In 2026 we look forward to the completion of new stages at Fairway Carindale, Esperance Hope Island, and Maleny Grove, and we can’t wait to see our new residents joining the Reside community. The ladies had a lovely time enjoying a lively game of tiles, while Bronwyn got a spirited game of Kelly Pool underway with the residents. Laughter and friendly competition filled the room as everyone relaxed and savoured these fun moments, perfectly winding down into the festive season.

It was great to host our Stage 2 incoming residents for a Christmas get together last week. After viewing our new construction video, we enjoyed drinks and canapes, overlooking the sun setting on the rolling vistas of the Pacific Golf Course. Check out the full story here...

With our new sales suite now open up at the Pacific Golf Club - Carindale, we filmed a promotional video yesterday. We showed off the new space, and had a tour of the construction site, with even a couple of residents joining us in the shoot! Keep an eye out for the new video - coming soon...

Fairway Residents came together for Melbourne Cup today. We enjoyed having a fun catch up over the sweeps and then watched the race on the big screen in the cinema.

It was great to participate again in the Day for Daniel, with dozens of residents and staff decked out in red in support of the Daniel Morcombe Foundation. Thanks to Pacific Golf Club - Carindale, Five Good Friends, and Eatons Services Group for donating to our fundraiser and supporting this amazing organisation.

We recently had Sergeant Jose from the Queensland Police Crime Prevention Unit visit to deliver an informative session on protection from scammers. Residents learned what to look out for and received practical tips to stay safe online and over the phone. A big thank you to Sergeant Jose and Queensland Police Service for sharing their time and expertise with our community!
