We are having a special guest .relaxation.music to take us on a deep journey with her sound bath and amazing voice while reconnecting us to our body, mind and spirit through breath.
This sound bath is tuned to high vibrational frequencies and along with Breathwork you will enter a deep meditative state

I think that nothing is impossible when you want to fulfill a dream. A lot of people will tell you that you can't do it, that you don't have what it takes, but if it is in your heart and you feel it, there is nothing that will stop you. It is like the sun - you can't block it: it will shine regardless, if that is what you want.

Surrender literally means to stop fighting. Stop fighting with yourself. Stop fighting the universe and the natural flow of things. Stop resisting and pushing against reality.

Bring in control mode, may feel like your in a small boat paddling upstream, against the current. It’s hard. It’s a fight.

We can always choose to do things the easy way or the hard way. We can muscle through, or we can let go of the oars and let the current carry us downstream.
