CHICKPEA CRACKLES 🍫

Here's a quick snack idea snack you need to try this weekend. Kinda like chocolate crackles but full of protein and fibre!

Just pop a can of rinsed chickpeas onto a lined baking tray and roast in the oven for around 40 mins at 180Β°C. Once crispy, coat in melted chocolate, place spoonfuls on a tray and refrigerate until set πŸ‘Œ You could always add some nut butter to the mixture for a source of healthy fats.

SPICED PEAR PORRIDGE 🍐

The weather is cooling down so I'm swapping my overnight oats to a bowl of warming porridge. This combo is packed with protein and healthy fats, it's so delicious you have to try it 😊

Ingredients:
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup your choice of yoghurt
1/2 cup your choice of milk
1 serve vanilla protein
1 tbs h**p seeds

Toppings:
1 pear
Cinnamon
Maple syrup

Add all porridge ingredients to a container and refrigerate overnight, heating when ready to serve. Cook a halved pear in butter, maple syrup and cinnamon in a frypan until soft. Serve on top of warmed porridge with a sprinkle of **pfoodsaustralia seed mix πŸ‘Œ

ATE TOO MUCH CHOCOLATE THIS WEEKEND?

Me too! πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ Instead of feeling guilty remember that it's just one weekend out of the whole year. You haven't ruined everything. In fact why not use this new week as motivation to create some new healthy habits.

Keep it simple and be kind to yourself. Start with the basics ⬇️
βœ”οΈ Add in some veggies at each meal
βœ”οΈ Fill up your water bottle and actually drink it
βœ”οΈ Go for a walk around the block with a friend
βœ”οΈ Stop scrolling and go to bed earlier

Focusing on a few simple habits will create momentum and you'll be feeling better in no time!

This summer salad has me dreaming of an Italian holiday! This simple combo is one of my fave throw together salads - no cooking required! Just need an Aperol spritz to go with it! πŸΉπŸ˜‚

I'M DREAMING OF A WHITE CHRISTMAS πŸŽ„πŸŽ…

Here's a delicious new Christmas recipe that's easy to make, only uses one-bowl and you don't even need to put the oven on! πŸ™Œ

If you need to make a vegan version just swap out the chocolate for a dairy free version. Hit SAVE and let me know if you try it!

1 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
1/4 cup cacao butter or coconut oil
2 scoops of **pfoodsaustralia vanilla protein
1/4 cup dried apricots, diced
1/4 cup cranberries
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup rice pops
1/4 cup **pfoodsaustralia h**p seeds

Combine everything in a bowl and pour into a lined baking tray. Refrigerate until set and cut into small pieces

CHOC H**P PROTEIN COOKIES πŸͺ

I spent the afternoon doing some Sunday baking and here's a delicious πŸ†•οΈ recipe for you to try!

It's a yummy combo of chocolate, peanut butter and oats with a protein hit from **pfoodsaustralia vegan chocolate protein πŸ˜‹ If you use dairy free choc chips the recipe is vegan as well.

Ingredients:
35g of **pfoodsaustralia choc protein
1 cup rolled oats
1 banana, mashed
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup choc chips
1 tsp baking powder

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180Β°C
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and roll mixture into balls and flatten on a lined baking tray
3. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes and enjoy!

It's again and it's time for another toast combo that's delicious for any time of the day 🌞

This combo is simple, fresh and full of flavour. Just add chopped tomatoes, bocconcini and fresh basil and finish with a glug of olive oil and salt and pepper 🀌
