Do you know that offshore remittance below $10,000 does not require tax clearance from FRCS? This excludes payment for services of any amount.

Individuals and businesses will not require a Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for remittances (except for service payments) that are valued less than FJ $10,000.

This transition intends to benefit the banks, businesses and individuals as this will significantly reduce the number of small transactions requiring clearances.

For more information please call us on 1326 or please do not hesitate to call us on 1326 or send an email on taxclearance@frcs.org.fj and/or info@frcs.org.fj.

PTI Packaging Support Initiative - Expression of Interest

Pacific Trade Invest (PTI) Australia's 2022 Packaging Support Initiative is a support program offering eligible Pacific based businesses assistance towards packaging costs incurred in 2022.

Product packaging plays a crucial role in the development of any businesses brand and its sales and marketing strategies. Alongside serving product protection and containment purposes, packaging is one of the first physical touch-points customers have with a brand. Well designed and produced packaging goes a long way in attracting and retaining buyers.

PTI Australia understands that 2021 was an extremely difficult year for businesses in the Pacific Islands. To support business recovery, the Packaging Support Initiative will be offering packaging costs offset grants of up to a maximum of A$500 per enterprise on a 50/50 cost share basis.
