Well, it looks like my outdoor Christmas decorations have arrived just in time. 😁
Speaking of Christmas, I will be taking a break from 19 December, 2025 and returning in the new year from Tuesday, 6 January, 2026. If you would like to make a booking before Christmas, now is the time to do it, as I still have spots available. And if you want to plan ahead for January, I have opened up next year's booking calendar as well.
Session rebates are available from most health funds, including AHM, Bupa, HCF, Medibank Private, Teachers' Union Health and Westfund.

When you're next confronted with a difficult situation with another - harsh words, strong emotions - how might things change if you were to pause for a moment and think:
I have been where this person is right now.
I have stood in their shoes.
I have felt what they're feeling.
I have done something similar to this person.
What did you most need in that time - Listening? ... Understanding?
Empathy and compassion have a beautiful capacity to calm and soften our responses.
