ADHD Vitality

Last night I was invited to be a panelist at the Brisbane ICF Coaching week event. I was unsure I was going to add value to be honest however I have received such encouraging feedback and interest from fellow Coaches about the neurodivergent community. Remarkably, I am able to access a bank of knowledge when placed in front of an audience- yet ask me to write this information in a document ….its like pulling teeth!

I love adventure and fun and challenges, so I ensure I regularly plan experiences like so that I am living with ADHD Vitality. (Apologies to my fellow climbers, I didn’t realise I had such a fear of heights so I constantly joked and dropped many, many inappropriate comments to deal with the fear!)

Happy 22nd anniversary to us! Little did we know I had ADHD and we would have 3 AuDHD kids. Marriage with adhd in the mix is certainly bumpy but if you have similar values, learn about ADHD, work on communication and try not to keep up with the Jones’, it can lead to a strong and fulfilled relationship ❤️ (throw in a s**t tonne of patience too!)
