It’s always reassuring and exciting when medical science confirms that an activity like yoga has many benefits.
I often recommend yoga - typically Hatha yoga - to my clients.
If you haven’t ever tried yoga, check with your GP if you have any niggling or on-going health concerns before you start.
And make sure your yoga instructor is well-qualified and a member of a professional association.
