This is what 12 weeks of work looks like when you measure everything.
Jimmy started his ACL rehab journey with us back in August. Like a lot of ACL patients, he was keen, motivated — but his numbers told a different story. 14.3cm single leg jump on the surgical side. 21st percentile. The gap between how he felt and what his body could actually produce was significant.
So we got to work.
Every session tracked on ForceDecks force plates. Real data, not vibes. Progressive loading built around what the numbers were actually showing us — not what we assumed was happening.
12 weeks later:
↑ 88% improvement in single leg jump (surgical leg)
↑ 15% countermovement jump
Now sitting in the 49th percentile for his age group
The surgical leg still has work to do. But the trajectory is exactly where it needs to be — and now we have the data to prove it.
This is the standard every ACL patient deserves.
