🩷There was a nervous energy I felt as I slept or tried to anyway, I tossed and turned, my mind was racing. This was not coming from me this was coming from an outside energy. I am being shown someone is feeling anxious and with all their might they cannot stop the noise in their mind.

❤️This is going to take some very focused breathing exercises to soothe, every time you notice your mind going back into worry mode, come back and focus on that breathe.

Ok so the message I was given was me going back to an old office job, back to something I did a good 20 years ago. I have to admit I felt a bit out of sorts going back and there were so many more people everywhere, things sure had changed.

This is going to be a big change for someone who resonates with this, a massive milestone for someone going into, or back into traditional work after so long away.

A mother figure or a mothering and nurturing yet firm energy is required as you prepare to start over and take a leap of faith in this role of responsibility.

There is also a karmic lesson involved here in this new role, a special lesson that will make a difference to you personally as well.

You are going to need to be stable and ground your energy. Not only will you need to use your logical brain but you are going to need to activate your intuitive connection with others.

From slow to go, something in your life has reached a conclusion and now prepare to surrender to this opportunity or new role that is going to rock your world. Gardens and outdoor activities may also be important for some.

Connection with others is going to initiate out of the box and on the spot decisive action, this will be a whole new level up for you.

Prepare to change up, settle your mind and have a contingency plan, if need be. There is also a need for others to step up to the plate to make this work too.

I was shown in my sleep a princess swan wearing a glittery tiara, the colour of the crown was that of a blush peach, combined as a glittery mixture of orange and pink.

This swan was absolutely brilliant and beautiful, and to be truly admired. The swan to me represents someone who has come into their own, they have matured and evolved from the so-called ugly duckling that was never understood.

Yet now they feel like this magnificent swan.

Their stunning crown depicts their aura, giving off the energy of warmth, friendliness, with an elegance and vibrancy in their demeanour.

Someone has evolved so much so that they find themselves levelling up, and just like the ugly duckling they have had their time of being pushed around, pushed aside and ousted from environments they were shown they could no longer possibly belong.

They have become even more courageous, independent and self-sufficient due to growing beyond the beliefs and ideas of the ducks that they so wanted to be accepted by.

They have come to the point that they can defend their post if needed, but it seems they know themselves well now, and the strong opinions and untruths of those who aimed to diminish them, is all just water off a duck's back.

This energy is reminding you that those rejections were merely redirections because you are now moving into new areas, as new commitments are being offered.

It is possible something from the past maybe hindering relationship progress, yet a truth is also being revealed. This could be connected to someone not being able to be authentic due to past mistakes or someone is listening to bias advice causing interference in a relationship.

Although not everything is 100% clear at this point, avoid jumping to conclusions as emotions can be clouding judgment communications will be coming in to set the record straight.

Continue with your unwavering dedication to continue striving to be your best self. The right people will always see your worth so be sure to surround yourself with the other remarkable swans.

Note for those who don't know - cane toads are very poisonous to dogs.

What would have happened if you put up this kind of reminder message for your parents when you were a child? It reminds me of the do not enter sign for your siblings on your bedroom door as a child, for privacy and boundaries, yet were reprimanded instead and told to take it down.

We woke this morning with reminders from our son who we love dearly. I have always brought my children up to have a voice and to feel ok with expressing themselves and if that means letting me know where I am wrong in a respectful way, that is ok too.

What I read in these two messages is a caring person who worries about the well-being of our dog and a need to let us know that he wishes we were more mindful and cautious in these two areas.

I also believe that we can create hurdles and mishaps in life and can attract these with our worry and obsessive thoughts and feelings - but that doesn't stop me from understanding where he is coming from, how he feels is very valid.

I believe we are being reminded at this time to read between the lines of conversations and the feelings behind the words and actions of ourselves and of others.

Take note as well the meaning behind the non-response to you sharing your feelings or even the body language of others. Not everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves and talking through problems in a calm way or seeing both sides.

Take note of the energy in the background and sense the energy of what is not being said.

I am here today to tell you to continue to be brave to speak your truth; it takes great courage to express how you feel.

If you are shut down or ignored know that that too is an answer to how another feels. Watch for power plays, truths and triggers that bring up certain feelings that could raise the blood pressure a bit.

We will acknowledge the requests of our son as they are valid, we respect him! Regardless of the fact that we are adults we are not too proud to be reminded that we too make mistakes and because we value him, we will thank him for caring so much.

Good morning, all, as always, I started this today with good morning spirit of love and light and they replied to me may your sun shine bright.

I am being shown the SUN card with 2 children who sit on the horse in the Sun having the most wonderful time, it is all about love, laughter and joy. The innocence of children is something to embrace, in both them and in us. We must take a page from their book and let go of the fears that hold us back, allow them to be our teacher in times where the world wants us to be so serious.

There is a feminine energy, a mother or soon to be mother who is taking care of herself, her family is so important to her although she worries, she worries about the future and if there will be enough, she worries and asks will they be safe.

At times she is in her thoughts with anxiety for a time ahead, although she is yet to believe, she can actually control the destination with her emotions and thoughts.

As she sits in reflection of the past, she concerns herself with a repeat, but I am here to tell her that this time, right now, we are in a place to experience something so remarkable that we have never experienced before.

She is on a journey that at times is filled with emotions, she bears the resemblance of a warrior Queen just like Moana of the Sea, she understands her power and she is one with earth and nature, from an early age she is wise beyond her years but as she grows older, she mustn't stray from her inbuilt knowledge, wisdom, strong conviction and power. Her brown eyes are being shown to me, she is beautiful.

Have faith in the almighty presence that is there to provide when you ask for intervention to help you in times of worry. Have patience dear one they say, what you are preparing for will take discipline, strength and a reliance on faith that you are being carried through by a higher power.

I'm not going to skim over the fact that there is tension in the air, difficulties, indecision and anxiety. We don't do that here, we don't bypass the truth to avoid healing.

The truth is, your courage, and strength is needed right now, as is your faith. I need to tell you though that what you have been worrying about is about to be made right.

Thoughts and memories are being triggered, and energies of the past are showing up as a sign via different people.

I said this recently in another post, if you ever question the reality of the energies of the person you are thinking about, see who else comes to mind that has a similar energy. You may cross paths with a stranger or see a video on the net that resembles a person from the past, take this as the sign that the Universe is showing you who they still are or who they really are and what they don't want you to see.

Mind you, there are people also trying to get through their own wounds and triggers too which may be sent your way, simply by thinking about you. Please know you are not to blame for the decisions of others and where they find themselves now.

What you need to do, is do what is right for your soul!
Be the best you can be and ask others to join you in living a life that is full of happiness, respect, joy, love and reciprocity of love.

We as a collective are being told to continue to follow our dreams that sees us existing in a place of happiness and peace.

I will share something with you - yesterday I did a step class, but it is definitely not my forte. The moves are choregraphed and I struggle for my body and mind to work in tandem that quickly together, but I thought I would give it go for a second time.

There was nothing bad about it, the trainer is a lovely person and good at what she does, but it just wasn't for me.

I tried for the first 30 minutes but no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't get those steps, I felt confused and also began to feel overwhelmed, so I packed up and left.

I thought to myself just stay for the next 15 minutes don't give up but I also felt a relief when I walked away knowing that it didn't feel right for me.

I just couldn't get it, it isn't my thing and that's ok.

Too often we try and try and try and try, but the truth is you can keep trying until that moment that you realise you are wasting your time, your time would be better spent doing something else you love that makes you feel good.

How often do we stay where your feel sad, overburdened or simply put, where you are not happy? For some this could be a job or even a relationship.

You will know if something isn't right for you and you will need to either choose to stay where it doesn't feel good or, you will make that change which takes courage to do what is right for you.

You know in your heart the path you need to take, it is not the path that leads to anxiety and tears, it is the path that leads you to feel fulfilled within and proud of who you are.
