Angela joins us with an extraordinary 36 years of experience across the disability, aged care, forensic mental health, and mental health sectors - including 28 years in senior management and executive leadership roles.

Throughout her career, Angela has led large multidisciplinary teams, driven strategic growth initiatives, strengthened governance and compliance frameworks, and built high-impact partnerships across NDIS and aged care environments

Angela is known for her ability to build strong, values-driven teams, foster meaningful sector partnerships, and deliver client-centred outcomes while maintaining operational excellence.

New Rules for SIL & Platform Providers

The Albanese Government has confirmed that mandatory registration for disability service providers delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL) and platform services will commence on 1 July 2026.

Minister for the NDIS, Jenny McAllister, announced that from the 1st of July 2026, all Supported Independent Living (SIL) and platform providers must be registered with the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission.

This ensures high-quality, safe, and accountable services. Providers will be subject to audits, suitability assessments, reporting, and worker screening, with a transition period to prepare while supports continue.

SIL providers deliver in-home and shared accommodation supports, helping participants with daily living tasks. New Practice Standards for SIL are being developed alongside this registration.
