Too busy to stretch? Try this.
If your evenings look like kids, dishes, and finally collapsing on the couch — you’re not alone.
But here’s the thing: 10 minutes of mobility while you watch TV can change how your body feels tomorrow.
This week’s routine:
• Couch stretch – 2 mins each side
• Wall straddle on the couch – 5 mins
That’s it. No mat. No equipment. Just stretch while you scroll or unwind.
Pick 2–3 new moves next week and keep it going. Recovery doesn’t need to be hard — it just needs to be consistent.
