Yesterday I ran my first Throat Chakra Activation Workshop and it couldn't have gone better!! We had such a beautiful journey of vocal exploration as I guided 10 beautiful souls back home to their voices. We used a mixture of play, energetics and introspection as they learnt 👇

This week 2 things are happening that are an absolute dream come true for me and tomorrow it sets off with MIC DROP at . There are still tickets left!!

As I practised my speech last night I started getting emotional as it's in the every day steps that have led to such an opportunity to speak about my story on stage and how trauma shaped my biggest asset (my Voice) into something that could help so many people in ways I'm still seeing play out. Clients come back to me months after being in my programs sharing their wins and it still feels like I've only scratched the surface of where I'm heading.

2 years ago you told me I'd be a guest speaker and simultaneously running a throat chakra workshop in a luxury gym in the one week I wouldn't have been believed it... it's time to step up. And I'm ready ✨️🙌
