After teaching yoga for 30+ years in Sydney & overseas, I’m finally bringing yoga to Scalar Lounge! The weekly class will be for all levels, so beginners are welcome & those more experienced will be catered to with cues to deepen. As there’ll be limited space in the Lounge class will be presented as both in-person with simultaneous zoom (that has a 7-day recording).
