Well.... I made it! So much to do this time of year plus a higher than normal Case load with clients.

It's been an honour to support you all this year, with so many varied individual challenges to navigate.

2021 may have brought you a new diagnosis or a symptom that has no logical medical reason. It may have been the final straw for your mental wellbeing. Perhaps it shook up your relationships and career.

Always remember there is help at hand to get unstuck, and to improve your balance so that you can get back into life.

Merry Christmas to all! And enjoy a little bit of celebration food, together with your veggies, sunlight, extra rest and some exercise!
