What is Xtend Barre?

Xtend Barre is a full body workout that fuses the principles of Pilates and ballet, with cardio and strength training so you are burning calories whilst sculpting and chiselling you body. Anyone can participate in Xtend Barre; all of our classes are programmed to cater for a variety of fitness levels and goals. With every exercise there is an option for you to amplify your workout and find a new challenge zone, or modify to suit your needs. Xtend Barre is the workout for every body.

How is your new Studio at the Bower going?

We love our new studio at The Bower, and so do our clients! We have dedicated reformer Pilates space alongside our main barre studio, plus a beautiful retail wall. It is lovely to be nestled in between Cre8 hair salon and City Cave so you can go straight from the barre to bar feeling strong, refreshed and fabulous.

If I have never danced before, what class should I start with?

You do not need to be a dancer to do any of our classes. We recommend all new clients start with our signature Xtend Barre Class. This class is a 55 minute high energy, low impact workout that focuses on toning your arms, strengthening your glutes and getting your heart rate up.
