Melasma has been part of my own skin story. For a long time, I thought the only way forward was to “fix” it with aggressive treatments. But what I’ve learned - and what I share with my clients - is that gentle consistency creates the real change.

For me, that’s looked like:
✨ Soft mandelic acid peels
✨ Skin + nano needling to help break up melanin
✨ A simple but steady home routine (bakuchiol, niacinamide, vitamin C, hydration + SPF)
✨ And most importantly, patience

But the biggest shift didn’t come from the treatments…it came from embracing my skin as it is. Not chasing absolute perfection, but finding calm, balance, and confidence.
