“I Thought Menopause Was the End Until I Realised It Was My Becoming”

MENOPAUSE THE NEXT CYCLE OF MY LIFE

I never thought I’d say this… but I am grateful for menopause.

When it first arrived at 46, I had all the stories running through my head the ones whispered from woman to woman: “It’s the end.”
The night sweats, the sleepless nights, the hot flushes that hit like a storm after a glass of wine the things we were told to fear, hide, or fight against.

But here’s what no one told me menopause isn’t the end of anything.
It’s the beginning of everything.

As my body shifted, I started to see that this was not a punishment it was a portal.
A sacred invitation to turn my energy inward, to stop recreating and start remembering.
To move from being a pro-creator of life to a Divine Creator of legacy.

Yes, the physical changes are real your hormones dance to a new rhythm, your sleep may change, and your diet becomes more than food; it becomes fuel for your evolution. Nutrition, hydration, breathwork they all matter now more than ever, because your body is recalibrating to hold a higher frequency of wisdom.

This is not a breakdown it’s a breakthrough.
It’s the moment your body stops asking, “Who am I creating for?” and starts whispering, “Who am I becoming?”

The Next Cycle of My Life a cycle of deep REMEMBRANCE.
The heat that once felt unbearable has become my inner fire.
The stillness that once felt empty now feels sacred.
And the woman I see in the mirror is no longer defined by what she produces but by what she radiates.

To every woman reading this:
Menopause is not something to dread it’s something to honour.
It’s your body’s way of saying, “You’ve birthed enough now it’s time to birth yourself.”

Let us rise together in this remembrance.
Let us eat to nourish, rest to replenish, and love ourselves fiercely through every wave.

Because this is not the end of your womanhood.

It is the embodiment of your woman power.
The moment you stop bleeding for the world and start leading it.

💎 THE 13 RITUALS OF CLEAR QUARTZ

The Master Healer Activation Cycle

1. The Cleanse “Return to Clarity”

Purpose: Purify your crystal and energy field.
Process: Hold your Clear Quartz under running water (or pass through sage smoke). Say:

“All energies not of the highest light are released. I return this crystal to its purest state.”
Let it rest overnight under moonlight.

2. The Connection “Awaken the Light”

Purpose: Bond with your crystal.
Process: Sit in stillness holding it at your heart. Breathe deeply for 3 minutes, visualizing white light linking your heart to the quartz. Whisper your name into the crystal it now recognizes your frequency.

Purpose: Program your Clear Quartz.
Process: State your intention clearly, e.g.

“I program this crystal to amplify healing, clarity, and protection in my life.”
