So the next time you have body pain, ask yourself...what else is going on my life to trigger this. Self reflection is essential to growth and happiness

Sometimes we think we are ready to start healing, but we really aren’t. You can suggest and try to help others, but if they’re not ready, it may seem like you’re wasting your time. This is why I love planting the seed. Just that one suggestion will sit in someone’s mind until they are ready. So don’t stop trying if you can see someone needs your help. Plant the seed, water it, and watch them grow 🌳🌳🌳
