Do you know your rights when it comes to your health data?
Most people don't think about it – but your mobile number travels with your eScript.

It's there for your repeat script, not for marketing campaigns you never signed up for.
And with more health platforms using AI tools, it's worth taking a few minutes to read the privacy policy before you sign up for anything. Understand what you're agreeing to.

You have the right to ask. You have the right to opt out. You have the right to know.

We put together a guide 'Know your Rights when it comes to your Health Data' for you. Check out our blog 👇

Let's clear something up 👇

We get a few questions about why Scripty uses Apple or Google to sign in — and whether that means they can see your script data.
They can't. 🙅

They just verify you're a real person — and then hand you straight over to us. Think of it like a security guard at the door. They check your ID, but they don't follow you inside 😄

Your scripts. Your data. Nobody else's business.
Want the full story? We wrote a whole article about it under 'Real Talk: Why do apps ask you to sign in with Apple or Google'

Scripts going missing? Repeats disappearing? 😤

Here's what's really happening → when a script gets filled at the pharmacy, it's used up. Even if you have repeats left.

The easiest fix? Your Active Script List 💊

It's a master list of scripts your doctors have written — any doctor, any visit — all ready to fill at any pharmacy.

Next time you're at the pharmacy, just ask for your Active Script List code. Pop it into Scripty and we'll show you everything you've got waiting.

You can basically ignore your eScript messages now!

No more stress. ✅

💊 Add Nicknames to Your Scripts

Ever feel unsure about the names on your scripts? Your doctor says one thing, the eScript says another, and the pharmacy gives you a generic brand with totally different packaging.

It can be confusing – especially if you’re managing multiple scripts or new ones!

That’s why I love Scripty’s Nickname Feature. Just long-press on the script, tap 'Nickname,' and rename it to something you’ll recognise instantly.

Here’s how I use it – EMOJIS WORK!:
🔥 [Fast Relief] for immediate release.
☀️ [All-Day Relief] for sustained release.
🌙 [Sweet Dreams] for my evening meds.

Try it out, have a bit of fun!

💘 This Valentine’s Day, Give the Gift of… Script Management!

Forget chocolates and flowers – this year, show your love by helping your partner stay on top of their prescriptions! (Isn't a purple block of chocolate like $9 these days. 😅)

💡 How?
1️⃣ Encourage your partner to visit their pharmacy to get their Active Script List (ASL) code (they’ll need to verify their identity, unless their pharmacy trusts you).
2️⃣ Once they have their code, add it to Scripty for them and let them know you’ll take care of it from here.
3️⃣ Bonus points for setting up nicknames for their scripts with the funnest names ever – like instead of boring-statin, it could be “Heart Hero” or “Cholesterol Crusher.”

Because nothing says “I love you” like making sure they never miss a script! 💊❤️
It will be a memorable visit to your pharmacy of choice

P.S. Active Script List is a government-approved system, so you’re not just romantic – you’re responsible too. 😉

❤️

💪 Take charge of your scripts!

It’s Data Privacy Week, and the theme is all about taking control of your data. That should include your scripts, too! Walk into any pharmacy and get your Active Script List (ASL) sorted today.

An Active Script List (ASL) is a simple list of all your current scripts and repeats, ready to use at any pharmacy.

With an app like Scripty, you can view your ASL and manage all your scripts in one secure place – no more lost repeats or chasing up with your doctor or pharmacist.

🔍 Easily keep track of your scripts – no more digging through old texts or forgetting repeats!
🔒 Your info stays with you—you choose who sees it
🏥 You don't have to rely on just one pharmacy anymore
📋 No need to tap to add new or script repeats into Scripty

How to take charge?
💬 Ask your pharmacist to help set up your ASL next time you’re in.
📝 Or just select “I’d like my Active Script List code” in your Scripty order notes to let your pharmacist know

"Where did my script with repeats go in Scripty?!"

DON'T PANIC, I promise we didn't lose your script!

Let’s clear this up: your scripts aren't missing, it's been used! They're just handled the way the eScript system intends! Here’s what happens in the app:

👉 When a script is dispensed, its status changes to "dispensed" and it gets moved to keep your script list clear and tidy. You can view it by filtering your Scripty list to "show inactive scripts."

👉 The next repeat turns up as a brand new eScript text message, which you’ll need to add manually – Scripty can’t grab it for you unless you’ve set up an ASL connection.

💡 Want to skip the manual work? Link your Active Script List (ASL) to Scripty. This gives Scripty permission to automatically see and update all your active scripts.

Simply ask your pharmacist to help you set up your ASL for up-to-date, stress-free script management.
