🔴THORACIC MOBILITY ROUTINE🔴

🚨I have been asked to make a routine for those who sit at a computer or desk a majority of their day.

🔑This routine is super simple, it’s straightforward and it is a really good way to break up your work day and give your joints some much needed love!

1️⃣ Thoracic Extension on Wall
2️⃣ Thoracic Rotation on Wall
3️⃣ Back Bend to Wall
4️⃣ Quadruped to Down Dog
5️⃣ Kneeling Spinal Extension
6️⃣ Quadruped Shoulder Hurdles

I recommend 1-2 sets of 5-10 each exercise. This entire routine will take less than 5 minutes to complete.

I hope this video helped you out! Share with a friend who might also benefit from this office mobility routine!

A healthy spine ensures proper posture, body mechanics, and movement, which reduces the risk of developing back pain and other spinal conditions. Building a healthy spine involves a combination of physical activity, proper nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits. Regular exercise, such as stretching, strengthening, and aerobic activities, can help keep the spine flexible and strong. Adequate hydration, a balanced diet, and sufficient intake of calcium and vitamin D are also important for maintaining a healthy spine. Additionally, avoiding smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and prolonged sitting or standing can prevent spinal damage and degeneration. Taking care of your spine is essential for your overall health and quality of life.

A new study found that a forward head posture affects your nervous system and autonomic functions. Cervical instability can cause a decrease in neurological functions of the lower part of the brain stem affecting the vagus, glossopharyngeal and accessory nerve.

Over time, forward head posture can lead to muscle imbalances as the body tries to adapt and find efficient ways to hold the head up for straight-ahead vision. Changes to the position of C1 and C2 can cause decreased blood flow to the brain via the vertebral artery. Remember that FHP is a symptom and that jaw position and posture can further exasperate this condition.

So if you're tired of living with poor posture and the negative effects it can have on your life, come and see us today ,

This just shows the importance of why your spine needs to be able to function without interference. When a vertebra is not properly aligned, it can disrupt nerve communication to the corresponding part of the body it serves. Our bodies communicate with us all the time, and it is vital that we pay attention to their signals.

The objective of SpinoPractic and Neuro-Facilitation professions is to improve the body's efficiency by identifying and addressing any interference that obstructs its optimal functioning. These modalities collaborate with the body to remove such interference.
