My husband told me today that I look strong, but also that I look like I wouldn't say no to a pizza.

Damn right

You don't have to make every single choice the "right" choice. But it helps to make most of your choices pretty good choices. Gym a little, walk a bit, eat some extra veggies.

It all adds up ❤️

Um, no....

I recently saw a reel with a caption that said "One of society's biggest lies.... your body rapidly breaks down after 30".

First of all, I hate these "OMG" sort of captions. It's a bit sensationalist and sales-y for me, but I guess that works for some people.

Second, both those things are wrong?!

It's true that from roughly your mid-30s, your body will physically trend towards aging. What is a not true is A) that it's Rapid and B) that it's a breakdown.

Things do change, for sure, but slowly. Think about it: It took your parents decades to "get old".

And more importantly, regardless of the age you start, you can always slow the process, and perhaps even reverse it a little.

So just, don't panic ok? Everything can be uphill from here.
