Led by our experienced Women’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Kristin Andrighetto, this session explores the vital role your pelvic floor plays during labour – how it functions, why relaxation matters, and what you can do now to support it.

You’ll learn practical, evidence-based strategies including:
• Breathwork to lengthen and relax the pelvic floor
• Hip mobility and targeted stretching
• Perineal massage guidance
• Intra-abdominal pressure control
• Bowel and bladder habits to reduce pelvic strain

Whether this is your first pregnancy or you’re growing your family, this session is suitable for women at any stage of pregnancy.
