🍌✨ Warm Up with Cardamom Banana Bread! ✨🌟

Looking for a holiday treat that isn’t cookies? This moist, spiced banana bread is a crowd-pleaser and perfect for cozy days. 🥰

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup milk 🥛
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 6 tbsp maple syrup 🍁
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups mashed ripe bananas 🍌
- 2 drops Cardamom Essential Oil (food-grade) 🌿
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt 🧂
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 175°C.
2️⃣ Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with baking paper or lightly oil it to prevent sticking.
3️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
4️⃣ In a blender, blend all wet ingredients, including Cardamom Essential Oil, until smooth.
5️⃣ Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and combine with a spatula using as few strokes as possible.
6️⃣ Fold in chopped pecans if desired.
7️⃣ Pour the batter into the loaf pan, leveling the top.
8️⃣ Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
