Anthony has been working in the disability sector for three years and is passionate about helping people achieve their NDIS goals. He loves seeing the smiles that come from shared activities – whether that’s fishing, going to the gym, listening to music, watching the footy, or spending quality time with family.

For Anthony, it’s all about connection, meaningful moments, and making a real difference. We’re so glad to have him on the Starfish Support team! ✨

Olivia is one of our caring and bubbly support workers here at Starfish Support. Since joining the sector in 2024, she’s been passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where people feel respected and empowered.

💙 Meet Raewyn!

Raewyn has been part of the Starfish Support team for more than a year now and brings a beautiful mix of warmth, empathy, and life experience to her role.

Originally from Aotearoa/New Zealand, Raewyn’s background includes volunteering with the NZ Police as an advocate for victims of crime, accidents, and emergencies.

She believes everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and care – values she brings to her work every day.

When she’s not supporting others, Raewyn loves spending time with her family. 🌿

Starfish Support is looking for a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team.

This is a part-time role with the potential for more hours in the future. We’re looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and flexible – travel and some weekend work may be part of the role.

Requirements:
* Valid driver's license
* Roadworthy vehicle with CTP insurance
* Certificate III in Individual Support Disability
* Experience providing personal care support
* Genuine commitment to person-centred care and making a difference.
