Our leadership team recently attended the International Women’s Day luncheon hosted by Redlands Coast Chamber of Commerce through their Redland Women in Business network.

It was a fantastic afternoon connecting with women from across the Redlands business community and celebrating the contributions women continue to make across so many sectors.

We also enjoyed hearing from keynote speaker Brad Truman of Optimal Advantage, who shared insights on resilience and leadership in high-pressure environments.

We’re incredibly proud to be part of a sector where compassionate, dedicated women play such an important role in strengthening our community.

Starfish Support is looking for a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team.

This is a part-time role with the potential for more hours in the future. We’re looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and flexible – travel and some weekend work may be part of the role.

Requirements:
* Valid driver's license
* Roadworthy vehicle with CTP insurance
* Certificate III in Individual Support Disability
* Experience providing personal care support
* Genuine commitment to person-centred care and making a difference.

KC loves building beautiful moments with the people she supports and seeing the positive impact those moments have on everyday life.

KC quickly found her passion in support work – especially being out in the community and alongside clients rather than behind a desk.

From bowling and fishing to meditation and theme parks, she brings fun, energy and heart to everything she does.

Errol was inspired to join the disability sector through his family and loves building genuine connections with the people he supports. He enjoys learning about each person’s interests and sharing his own – from travel and cars to botany and technology.

With a friendly, caring approach, Errol is passionate about helping participants work towards their goals in ways that feel comfortable, engaging, and fun.

She loves supporting people to rediscover independence, achieve meaningful goals, and feel safe during life’s tougher moments. Outside of work, you’ll find her soaking up nature, exploring beautiful places, and enjoying time with family. 🌿✨
