OUR CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR OPENING HOURS 🎄

What a year! Our team will be taking a short + sweet, well-deserved break after an incredibly rewarding and busy year caring for our patients.

Please note, our clinic will be closed from Wednesday 24th December from 1:30pm and reopening on Monday 5th January 2026. We will be back in clinic assisting all of our wonderful patients on Monday 5th January.

To assist with your post-operative recovery during our closure period, Dr. Richardson & Dr. Rughani will be available for contact over the break. Please refer to the contact details provided in your post-operative care guides or call our rooms on 07 3268 3774 for more information if you need any assistance over our closure period.

If you'd like to book a check-up with our nurses before we close for the year, or during our limited clinic hours over the holiday period, contact us to organise an appointment. We will be open for scheduled appointments only.

Need to contact us over the break? Feel free to get in touch via our website or send us a DM. New patient enquiries received over our closure period will be responded to on our return. Our DMs will be checked intermittently over the break.

One-Stage Breast Augmentation & Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Results by Dr. Richardson using Motiva Ergonomix® breast implants.

This patient underwent a combined breast augmentation ad mastopexy procedure to address the shape and position of her breasts following pregnancy. To achieve this result, Dr. Richardson focussed on raising the breasts, adding fullness and shape to the breast profile using breast implants and creating a more defined cleavage.

This custom result was achieved using 400cc Ergonomix®, full profile placed under the muscle supported with an internal bra. Results are 7 weeks post-op.

Dr. Philip Richardson

Dr. Richardson is a highly skilled and accomplished plastic, reconstructive & cosmetic surgeon.

After graduating with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Queensland, Dr. Richardson completed a three- year residency at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane.

He was then immediately accepted into the Plastic and Reconstructive training program where he undertook four years of specialised training at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Mater Children’s Hospital, the Royal Children’s Hospital in Brisbane, and the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.

After his training, plastic surgeon Philip Richardson went on to establish his own private practice, Brisbane Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery. His areas of interest include breast augmentation, breast reduction, and breast lift, as well as male breast reduction for men who require gynaecomastia treatment. Dr. Richardson also works as a visiting reconstructive surgeon at the Royal Children’s public hospital in Brisbane.
