The longest day of the year brings a little extra daylight to enjoy and a gentle reminder to slow down and care for ourselves. Whether it’s a walk, time outdoors, or simply a quiet moment to breathe, taking time for your well-being, makes a huge difference.
At our clinic, we see self-care as part of healthy movement. We’re here to support you as you work towards your goals.

As the year wraps up, it’s a good time to slow down and check in with your wellbeing.

Quality rest and consistent sleep habits can help you feel more balanced and ready to recover after a busy season.

Looking after yourself isn’t just about staying active; it’s also about giving your body and mind the time needed to unwind.

🩵 If you’d like more information, or have questions about your health and wellbeing, you’re welcome to contact our team for general guidance.

April is Parkinson’s Awareness Month. Parkinson’s is a progressive, degenerative condition of the central nervous system. Its cause is unknown, and a cure has not yet been found.

A physiotherapist plays a key role in helping people with Parkinson’s disease, manage symptoms and improve their quality of life.
Physios work alongside a person with Parkinson’s doctor, occupational therapist, speech therapist, family and carers to create a holistic, personalised treatment plan.

Starting physiotherapy early can make a big difference by empowering individuals to stay healthy both physically and mentally.
