Working with Alison has been a game changer for our family. Before we started, our 5 month olds sleep was limited and unpredictable - day naps were short and mostly contact naps and nights were filled with frequent wakings (every 2-3 hours). Alison was kind, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. She listened to our concerns and worked with us to tailor a sleep plan that fit our family’s lifestyle.

Within a few days we began to see real progress. Sleep time became easier - both parents could put him down for his sleep, naps were more consistent and in his cot, and our little one started sleeping more than he ever had at night! We can’t recommend Alison enough.
