Our Netball Strength Program has been created by Erin, one of our Physiotherapists and a netballer herself - so it’s designed by someone who truly understands the demands of the game.

This program focuses on building strength, improving control, and reducing injury risk for junior and teenage netball players, helping them feel confident and prepared as the season approaches.

Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to level up your performance, this program is a safe, physio-designed way to train smarter and stay on the court.

🧠 Practising what we preach at Feelfit

Concussion awareness doesn’t stop with our patients - we hold ourselves to the same standard.

This week, Georgia had her pre-season concussion baseline test completed with Erin in the clinic. Why? Because if a concussion occurs, having a personal baseline makes assessment, management and return to sport smarter and safer.

Baseline testing looks at balance, vision, memory and cognitive function - all in around 20 minutes.

✔ Can be completed alongside your physio session or booked as a standalone appointment
✔ Suitable for adults and kids playing contact sport

Rosemary has had a very busy month and just returned from the Breast Cancer Symposium in San Antonio, USA - the largest breast cancer research meeting in the world.

She had an incredible trip and gained valuable insight into the latest research and clinical advancements, which she’ll be integrating into her practice to further support her breast cancer and lymphoedema patients.

Rosemary is heading to San Antonio, USA, to attend the Breast Cancer Symposium - the largest breast cancer research meeting in the world!

We are so excited for her to dive into the latest cutting-edge developments in surgical & radiation oncology as well as lymphoedema treatment and advancements!

This is an incredible opportunity, and we can’t wait for her to bring back fresh insights to support our patients.

Rosemary will be with us in the clinic for the rest of this week before she jets off, and she’ll return in mid-December. In the meantime, the rest of the Feelfit team - and Fred - will be holding down the fort while she’s away!

It’s been a neck & back kind of month at Feelfit!

We’ve been seeing a rapid increase in patients coming in with neck and shoulder pain, tightness, and tension- often from long hours at the desk, stress, or poor posture.

At Feelfit Physiotherapy, our goal isn’t just to give you short-term relief. We start by calming the area down with hands-on treatment and dry needling, then build it back up with targeted strengthening and posture retraining to keep the pain away for good.

We’re lucky to have three of our reception team currently studying Physiotherapy, and now we’re even more excited to welcome a very familiar face -Lucy- who will be completing her final year placement with us over the next 5 weeks!
