📍Tell me, how many random supplements do you take? Be honest 😬
Fact..
More is not better.
More is just… more.
Most women I see definitely aren’t under-supplemented.
They’re often taking, and not limited to.. 💊
• A multivitamin or prenatal
• Magnesium
• Zinc
• Iron
• Vitamin D
• Collagen
• Greens powder
• Something for “hormones”
• Something for “gut health” and the list goes on
But no one has asked:
• What are you actually trying to fix?
• Is this dose therapeutic or just trendy?
• Is this even being absorbed?
• Is something else blocking it?
• Are we supporting the pathway — or just forcing one nutrient?
We need to know this isn’t causing more harm than good.
It depends on deficiencies, individualised methylation, protein intake, liver capacity, inflammation load, and genetics (like insights from tests such as the myDNA Comprehensive Health Report).
💰 Throwing supplements at symptoms is expensive biochemistry.
Strategic supplementation is different, and a plan using evidence based methods is better.. for everything.
