I am a Counselling therapist with over 10 years’ professional experience in Counselling and Psychological research and report writing. I am passionate about helping my clients find balance, achieve their goals and develop a strong sense of purpose. By employing a collaborative, strengths-based approach I support my clients in navigating difficult times, evoke possibilities, and work towards positive change. This then allows my clients to experience their life in a more meaningful, rewarding and connect way. My approach to Counselling is based on developing a clear understanding of my clients’ unique situation and the current issues they are facing. We then work collaboratively to develop a tool kit packed with effective techniques and strategies to help overcome challenges that are holding them back. In doing so, improve their situation, relationships and personal wellbeing. I draw on a range of evidence-based counselling techniques to effectively support my clients, including Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focussed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. Based in Taringa, West Brisbane I assist my clients with:
