I work a little differently. ✨
When you sit down with me — whether for counselling or coaching — you’re not just getting one approach. You’re getting a blend. I draw on decades of experience as a health and medical educator, epidemiologist, and biomedical scientist, alongside my training in counselling and executive coaching.
This means your sessions are grounded in both compassion and evidence — combining therapeutic support, practical coaching tools, and science-informed strategies for women’s health, stress, sleep, hormones, and energy. My role is to help you make sense of what’s happening in your body and mind, and to give you realistic, usable strategies that fit your life.
I’ve opened a few extra Telehealth counselling and coaching appointments over the next few weeks for women who need space to pause, reset, and regain focus before the year ends.
