⚠️ Major Changes Coming to ART ⚠️

Important update for temporary visa holders in Australia.
A new bill has been passed, and the ART will soon remove the hearing process for temporary visa cases — including student visas.
This means decisions may now be made based solely on your written submissions.
Hearings will only apply to permanent visa cases.
These changes are expected to be implemented within the next 6 months.

If you currently hold a student visa or other temporary visa, this could directly affect you.

📢 2026 Early Childhood Education Policy Update

From January 2026, individuals holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education with a Graduate Diploma or Graduate Certificate (GD/GC) will no longer meet Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) registration requirements in New South Wales and South Australia.

🔎 Key points to note:
The update relates to teacher registration, not skills assessment
No changes have been announced by ACECQA at this stage
Requirements differ by state, with clearer changes in NSW and SA
