產前憂鬱焦慮 以及 產後憂鬱焦慮
在這社交訊息媒體相通的時代 讓我們感覺懷孕期間還有帶著新生兒的生活是安寧美麗的。 但是 研究顯示女人們在懷孕期間以及產後一年內(perinatal period)是需要更多心理上的幫助 因為十個懷孕媽媽中有一個媽媽會感到憂鬱或是焦慮 生完小孩一年內五個媽媽中有一個媽媽會感到憂鬱或是焦慮。 研究上也知道五個懷孕的媽媽中有一個媽媽會面臨著流產的經驗。 當然 這樣的憂鬱焦慮也會發生在爸爸的身上 十個爸爸其中有一個爸爸也有這樣的經驗。

Telephone counselling:
• PANDA – National Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Helpline: provide support to help you understand what is happening for you and your family, and to provide information and options for you to get additional support – 1300 726 306 Monday-Friday 10am-5pm www.panda.org.au
• Pregnancy Link Counselling (PCL): Provides support for pregnancy, parenting, perinatal mental health. Offers face-to-face or phone counselling services. 1800 777 690. Face to face counselling is available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm (Red Hill location). The telephone and email counselling service is available Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
• Pregnancy, Birth and Baby Helpline (1800 882 436)—for confidential general practical advice about babies in their first year.
