Get this awesome bedtime blend on before the new week starts for a restful slumber.

This is my favorite essential oil blend to diffuse before bed:⁠
⁠
- 2 drops of lavender⁠
- 2 drops of cedarwood⁠
- 2 drops of bergamot⁠
- 1 drop of frankincense⁠
⁠
I add each essential oil to a water diffuser that I leave in our bedroom. This blend promotes rest, calm and ease.⁠

🤧 SNIFFLE SOOTHING TEA 🤧

Sometimes you don't need oils when you can use basic pantry goods.Try this nutrient enriched tea at home when you get a tickle in the throat or some sniffles.

- Green tea
- Lemon juice (fresh is best)
- Ginger slices
- Honey (lines throat with a layer of goodness to counter strep symptoms)
- Cinnamon (ground or a stick to soak in)

Pop all ingredients into teacup and add boiling hot water, stir and let cool first. Enjoy ;)

Whilst a drop of lemon, ginger or cinnamon oil does not hurt in the absence of natural ingredients, hot water can diminish the potency and effectiveness of any essential oil.
