Sovereignty and Kinesiology
In the journey to become a kinesiologist, we are not fixing people — we are offering them a way to unblock the places where they are stuck and accelerate their evolution of consciousness.
When people are stuck, it means their consciousness isn’t evolving. And when we don’t evolve, we move toward extinction.
As our blocks clear and our consciousness resolves, the space for healing, growth, and happiness naturally emerges.
At the College of Kinesiology, we like to use the word sovereignty. It’s a word that means freedom and autonomy — the right to live our life as we choose. It reflects the belief that all sentient beings are born with this right. If that’s not how we’re experiencing life, it’s often because our karmic actions have created circumstances that obscure it.
While conformity can be the enemy of sovereignty — where fitting into social, cultural, or political structures can stifle us — rebellion can be equally limiting. Sovereignty is formless; it has no set path because it arises uniquely in each of us. It can only be claimed through experience and perseverance. Once the spark of sovereignty crosses our path, it ignites a fire that, if nurtured, grows steadily throughout our lifetime.
For sovereignty to begin to grow, I need to know myself — my deepest desires and passions. How can I grow and enrich if I am starved? My sovereignty is about my inner connectivity — about my needs being met, my heart being filled, and having the experiences I long for. But it’s also about connecting and sharing, being part of something bigger than myself.
As my understanding of sovereignty deepens, I begin to de-mesh. My energetic exchange with lower energy grids — those driving compulsions and reactive behaviours — is replaced by a personal and unique connection to Source. As my connection to Source guides my thoughts, feelings, and actions, the influence of the lower grids fades.
When I step away from the lower grids I once shared with others, I may be confronted. Others might be angry that I’m no longer sharing their experience, and I may feel lonely if I don’t recognise the new connection to Source that is opening as I step away.
As my experience and understanding of sovereignty grows throughout my lifetime, so does my capacity to hold space and catalyse healing and growth for others.
Sovereignty exists beyond the antics of the mind and transcends the intricacies and complexities of psychology. Sovereignty has nothing to prove or be compared against it exists eternally as the “I Am”,
By applying kinesiology to establish the “I Am” within the body’s seat of consciousness, then the journey into our sovereign awakening (the Atman) can be enhanced.
In the early 2000’s I was taken on a journey into and through the seats of consciousness into the “I AM” allowing me to establish a protocol for kinesiologists. This protocol remains central to the curriculum at the College of Kinesiology as it is our coherence and embodiment of the “I AM” within our seats of consciousness that offers the greatest potential to evolve our consciousness and accelerate the potential of the healing process.
