It’s a structured program designed for Junior AFL/W athletes ready to take their game to the next level. Together, we build strength, speed, movement, and confidence - on and off the field.

Re-meet Grace 👋

Grace is an Exercise Physiologist with a passion for mental health, chronic pain, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. She’s especially driven to support those navigating complex trauma, using movement as a powerful tool for healing and recovery.

After graduating with honours from UQ in 2022, Grace worked in private practice on the Gold Coast, helping clients manage chronic conditions through strength training and contributing to a cancer survivorship program.

Currently, she’s completing her PhD at UQ, focusing on trauma-informed approaches in Exercise Physiology.
