My Story
Life is constantly throwing curve balls at us, and with that come two options: you accept the challenge and get on with it, or you ignore until you accept there might be an opportunity to gracefully overcome the challenges and become a better version of yourself.
This blog is in intended to inspire, motive and enable you, to make the required changes to live the life you love and love the life you live. Just as I have been inspired, motivated and enabled by so many others to share my talents in helping others.
Because honestly, you could wait until the right people come along to help you out, but you could be waiting forever, right. And forever is a long time. Or, you can take ownership and crawl, fight, dance, exercise, journal, meditate, etc. your way out of the darker parts of the journey towards the light. And it is in sharing that light, you will be able to shine and be a beacon for others.
